Why Do I Need A Fire Risk Assessment?

Fire Risk Assessment FAQs

Are uRisk Qualified?

You may ask who is responsible for completing a fire risk assessment? Your fire risk assessment should be carried out by a competent assessor, and if you do not have the in-house expertise, our qualified assessors will assist you with the fire safety risk assessment process.

Our fire risk assessors are recruited not only for their experience and competence but also for their ability to work with people and find solutions – not just problems. We aim to enhance your knowledge during the fire risk assessment process. Every fire risk assessor who works for us has been certified by the Fire Protection Association after undergoing comprehensive compliance training. This ensures that all fire risk assessments carried out by our team adhere to the fire safety standards set out in the PAS 79 document published by the British Standards Institution (BSI).

Do You Offer A Fire Risk Assessment Near Me?

Yes, our services are nationwide. Whether you have one or multiple water systems and one or multiple sites, we provide services across the country, with qualified engineers scattered throughout the UK and offices based in Hertfordshire which is a 30-minute train journey to London King’s Cross. Get in contact with us and book an appointment where we can carry out a Fire risk assessment.

Our fire risk assessors will survey your property to evaluate any potential fire hazards. The fire assessment will highlight any fire risks in your property and recommendations to make your premises safe; this is compiled into a complete written fire risk assessment report.

This report follows the recommended advice and approach of the PAS 79 document. This is the Publicly Available Specification developed and published by the British Standards Institution (BSI). Once we have provided you with your fire risk assessment visit and report, our company will offer advice and recommendations for you to follow up.
