£60.00 +VAT

Chemical Name: H307S, Liquid 10L

The process of using Anti Corrosion chemicals in drinking water is called threshold treatment. It was originally used to prevent the build-up of calcium carbonate in hard water, which causes scaling when heated. Nowadays, adding Anti Corrosion chemicals is also widely used to prevent corrosion in soft water.

Corrosion can cause problems like discoloured water, known as “red water.” This can also be caused by natural iron compounds. Using Anti Corrosion chemicals can help control the discolouration caused by either of these problems.

Uses:

  • Anti corrosion protecting pipework and water assets for drinking water systemsT
